What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal or you may pay by check.



How are payment arrangements set up?

Web Development requires half down to begin the project. The remaining half is due at completion.
Web Hosting is one payment paid annnually.
Web SEO/SEM is billed monthly

May I cancel my account at anytime?

Yes. We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your services, just contact us. For SEO/SEM, we do not pro-rate or refund the remaining portion of the month in which you cancel. However, we will continue our services for you until the end of the month. At that time, we will suspend all monthly billing and service immediately.**



**This does not apply to Web Design and/or SEO~SEM services under signed contract. In such case, the agreed upon terms in the contract apply.

What level of tech support do you provide?

Our extremely knowledgeable and personal, friendly service is what sets us apart from the average SEO/SEM company. We work quickly and do our best to resolve any issue you may have.
