Refund Policy

Like everything else we do, we try to make things as simple as possible. And that’s what we’ve done here by making the Refund Policy as straight forward as we can, with no hidden clauses and no fine print. That said, if you happen to find anything here a bit confusing, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

On First Page can guarantee that our client’s reasonable expectations will be met within the time frame specified and that we will work our hardest to see that your site increases in its internet rankings. Getting our clients websites on page one of all targeted internet searches is our ultimate goal.

If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. If you are still not happy, you may discontinue services at any time.

Monthly Plan

We will charge your credit card with the monthly contract fee at the start of your contract. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly basis until you cancel your contract. So for example, if you joined on May 5 your credit card will be charged on May 5; June 5; July 5; and so on until you cancel your contract. You may cancel your contract with us by notice in writing (an email is sufficient) at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. Upon canceling your contract, no further fees will be charged.

Annual Plan (monthly instalments)

This plan is for a twelve-month period with payments made on a monthly basis. We will charge your credit card from the start of your contract with the monthly instalment fee for the plan you have chosen. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly basis until the twelve payments have been made. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2009 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2009; June 5, 2009; July 5, 2009; and so on until the twelfth (and final) payment is charged on April 5, 2010. If you cancel your contract prior to the end of the twelve-month period, then a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to your credit card and no further fees will be charged.
